New Livestock Account Application Form

Wholesale Only – Livestock Dealer Requirements

Thank you for your interest in opening a Weaver Leather Livestock account! We have a strict policy of selling livestock products through qualified, industry-related retailers and marketers only. Our careful screening and application process assures us and our dealers that we are a wholesale business that sells only to qualified dealers. Please take a few moments to complete the following information in its entirety. After submitting your information online, please fax, mail or email any two of the following business credentials
so we can finish processing your application.

Acceptable Business Credentials (please submit any two):

Retail Store - Information regarding hours of operation, pictures of the inside and outside of the store, the store’s approximate square footage, the number of years you’ve been in business and the total dollars of inventory in your store.
Mobile Unit - Information regarding any shows you will be attending and selling products at in the next six months to one year, how long you’ve operated a mobile unit, pictures of the inside and outside of your unit, the approximate square footage of your unit and the total dollars of inventory you stock in your mobile unit.
Retail Website (with a shopping cart where consumers can view and purchase products online) – Information that includes your website address, the number of hits you average per month, the length of time your website has been active and any shows you will be attending and selling products at in the next six months to one year.
Printed Catalog - A copy of your most current printed catalog, along with the total circulation number.

Once we have received, reviewed and approved your application, we will assign you a Weaver Leather Account Number to use when ordering. Upon receiving your Weaver Leather Account Number, you may begin ordering from our catalog immediately. Please note: first time orders must total $1,000 or more (excluding shipping charges). Being a Weaver dealer requires that you order a minimum of $1,000 in Weaver products annually. If you have any questions regarding this application, please call us at 800-932-8371 or 330-674-1782.
